By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. Dispatch times may vary due to availability, postal delays, or force majeure, for which the company is not responsible.

You confirm that the details provided are accurate, you are authorized to use the payment method, and there are sufficient funds for the purchase.

Pricing & Availability

The price is in AED and is agreed at the time the contract is made. We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If an error in the price of any goods is discovered after your order, we will inform you promptly.

You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Payment

We usually ask for full payment of goods at the time of purchase or before delivery.
